Job summary The post holder will develop and sustain relationships and networks with groups, individuals and agencies within a strategic framework. To act as a source of clinical knowledge and expertise to people with diabetes, their carers, health and other statutory and non-statutory agencies, and to work as part of the Integrated Diabetes Service, in delivering services as directed.
