Job Description This role is caring for our client in their own home based in Hessay near York. They have a spinal injury and need support to live independently. He currently receives 24-hour care, supporting with and monitoring all clinical care requirements, supporting with medication administration, meal preparation and support with all person care needs. He also enjoys gaming in his spare time also.
