Job summary CERT was set up in 2014 to provide intensive, bespoke packages of care to service users in their own homes, as an alternative to being in locked rehabilitation, out of city hospital placements. The team works with service users with mental health problems, personality disorders and/or learning disabilities to support them to move from hospital into their own tenancies.
