Job summary This exciting Band 5 Intermediate Care Nurse opportunity will be primarily based on Ward B3 at Halton Hospital, supporting the Community Winter Stepdown Ward from 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2027. The ward has been established to support system winter pressures, providing rehabilitation, assessment and recovery-focused care for patients requiring intermediate care support following an acute hospital stay or as an alternative to hospital admission.
