Job summary We are looking for dynamic, visionary and hard-working candidates to join our expanding Respiratory Department. The team consists of Band 6 and 7 Respiratory CNS's and Respiratory Physiotherapists. The team will be responsible for identifying and assessing inpatients in hospital. Suitable in-patients with an exacerbation of COPD who are from the Swansea Bay area will be supported at home by this team.
