Job summary We have an exciting opportunity to join the Chichester Neighbourhood Mental Health Team (NMHT) as a Band 6 Pathfinder clinician. The role involves providing short term clinical intervention for individuals accessing Pathfinder West Sussex services whose mental health is deteriorating and those requiring support in their discharge from NHS mental health services.
