Job summary Working as part of the Integrated Respiratory Team to provide high quality, evidenced based, timely care for patients that fit service criteria. The Integrated Respiratory Team includes COPD Team (complex respiratory case management), Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service, Home Oxygen Service Respiratory Virtual Ward and Breathlessness and Diagnostics Service (Spirometry) as a whole unit.
