Job summary The position requires a qualified pharmacist with an independent prescribing qualification or who has CPPE completion certificate, who will operate within their professional limits as a member of a multidisciplinary team that includes GPs, ANPs, Physician Associates, Paramedics, and First Contact Physiotherapists.
