Job summary The Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Consultant in Older Peoples Medicine to join our expanding Frailty team. The appointee will form part of our Acute Frailty team providing rapid Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment to frail patients in the Emergency Department, as well as contributing to the care of frail inpatients on our Older Peoples Medicine Unit, and outpatient Frailty Assessment Clinics.
