Job summary INTERNAL ONLY TO NORTH CUMBRIA INTEGRATED CARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST (NCIC) EMPLOYEES ONLY Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care, whilst operating as a member ofthe multi-disciplinary team.
