Job summary The postholder will be based in a 15 bedded, mixed sex mental health level 2 rehabilitation ward. You will work under the supervision of a Band 6 OT with the support of an OT assistant. You will be responsible for completing Occupational therapy assessments, collaboratively developing Occupational formulation and rehabilitation goals.
