TITLE OF IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: CLINICAL DIRECTOR RISK OF EXPOSURE TO BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS – HIGH DUTIES Provide skilled Physical Therapy services, on an intermittent basis, to patients, in their homes, in accordance with physician orders.
