Job overview Occupational Therapist: Fixed term - 6 months (35 hours) The post holder will provide skilled occupational therapy assessments, treatment and advice to adult patients on the Acute Frailty Hub. They will undertake a leading role in the assessment, diagnosis and formulation of therapy treatment goals as well as advising and treating patients, carers, families and staff of other agencies.
