Job summary Job Title: Haringey Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) GP Central Neighbourhood Hours of Work: Up to 4 sessions per week of 4hr 10 mins per session.To include full day (2 sessions) Wednesdays to cover current MDT structure.
