Job summary This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our PCN Pharmacy Team, which comprises of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and a Care Coordinator, supported by a Senior Pharmacist, PCN Clinical Director and wider PCN team.
