Job summary Health Visitor: Permanent (37.5 hours) The Health Visiting Service in Stockport is seeking to employ a Health Visitor who is enthusiastic and committed to improving the outcomes for children and families in Stockport. The Health Visitors are a key part of our integrated Start Well Team, holding named health visitor 0-5 geographical caseloads to support children to get the best start in life.
