Job summary In January 2026, North Hampshire Urgent Care introduced a new primary care service within the North Hampshire area. This service will provide a day time Paramedic and ACP-led home visiting service for patients within four Primary Care Networks (PCNs) presenting with unplanned acute and subacute primary and urgent care needs.
