Job summary The Structural Heart Valve Disease (SHVD) Enhanced Practitioner (EP) in this position is responsible for the care coordination/ triage and patient facilitation of the Structural Heart Cardiology patient pathway as part of a team of structural heart Enhanced practitioners and consultant cardiologist.
