Job summary The Memory Assessment Service is an assessment and diagnostic service for adults and older adults who are experiencing memory or other cognitive problems in the context of a suspected dementia. You will join a team of Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Psychologists and Assistant Psychologist.
