An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 4-day Band 5 Cardiac Nurse within the Leeds Community Cardiac Service.The Leeds Community Cardiac Service is made up of specialist nurses, physiotherapists, rehab nurses and clinical support workers providing care and treatment for cardiac patients.
