Job summary Please note this is a fixed term contract for full-time hours, Monday-Friday 9-5. Assessment and Care Co-ordination of clients experiencing a range of mental health conditions including but not limited to, Schizophrenia, Bi-Polar Disorder, Personality Disorders, Depression, Anxiety and OCD. As well as this the team runs a both Depot and Clozapine Clinics, and the person would be expected to cover these as and when required, or potentially take this on as a regular part of their work…
