Job summary The Primacy and Community Mental Health Service is delivered in a mix of on site and at home working (virtual appointment). The mental health practitioner role is expected to see 26 appointments each week with 5 new patients each week. The appointments are 45 mins long. You will provide treatment to patients which is planned is no more than 16 sessions in length.
