Senior Practitioner - Discharge to Assess Location: Aberdeen, with travel around the area Salary: £25,541 to £27,200 per annum Hours: 35 per week Contract: Permanent Additional Requirement: Applicants must have a full licence (2 years) and access to a vehicle.
