Job description

Assisting patients to meet their personal hygiene requirements, i.e. bed bath, shower, catheter care, hair, nail and mouth care in a dignified manner that respects their culture and beliefs.  Meeting the patient’s nutritional needs including supporting patients at mealtimes, completion of fluid balance charts and food charts and reporting any concerns to the Registered Nurse.  Safe moving and handling of patients as per assessment/care plans and in accordance with Trust policy.  Be proactive…
