Job summary A friendly, well-supported three-partner GMS practice in a beautiful rural setting Bird In Eye GP Surgery is uniquely based within Uckfield Community Hospital, giving us excellent community links and accessibility. We're a busy but friendly three-partner GMS practice with 8,000 patients, part of the Greater Wealden PCN.
