Job summary The NNUH Cancer Services team are growing their Information and Support Services with additional Cancer Care Navigator posts. As a Cancer Care Navigator, you will be uniquely positioned to direct newly diagnosed cancer patients through a Holistic Needs Assessment (HNA) process giving information and support and signposting to relevant services.
