Job summary The Head of Clinical Delivery leads the day-to-day clinical service across the Urgent Care Coordination Hub (UCCH), 111 Clinical Assessment Service (111 CAS), care navigation, out-of-hours GP appointments and home visiting. They manage the clinical workforce and are accountable for the quality of care and clinical standards across these services.
