Job summary Provide safe and effective pharmacy support to the dispensary and adult wards within the Trust. The role combines ward-facing clinical medicines optimisation work with dispensary duties, supporting safe and accurate supply of medicines, medicines reconciliation, patient counselling and discharge processes.
