Job summary We have two vacancies for Advanced Therapy Support Workers to come and work in our community teams in Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire. The posts are 1.0WTE (37.5hrs) based in Chesterfield and 0.8WTE (30hrs) based in North East Derbyshire.
