Job summary The Lancaster & Morecambe Older Adults Community Mental Health Team (CMHT OA) are looking to recruit a Band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse. This is a part-time position of 22.5 hours. The team is based at DeVitre House in Lancaster and covers the Lancaster & Morecambe district. The team operates between Monday - Friday, 09:00hrs - 17:00hrs.
