Job summary We have an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist to join our Rehabilitation and High Support service. You will work within the Low Secure units primarily at Birch Hill Hospital but also at the Tameside site, acting as a key contributor within the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to support safe, effective and evidence based treatment to patients with serious and enduring mental illness.
