Job summary We are seeking a highly motivated and confident adult trained Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to work within our Flow Team as part of the LLR discharge hub. You will be supporting 13 community hospital wards in the allocation, safe transfer and discharge of patients coming into and leaving the wards.
