Job description

Support the scheduling of Sub-Unit tasks. Coordinate and administer operational areas within the Sub-Unit. Ensure that Sub-Unit readiness and capabilities are maintained, including appropriate training of personnel. Oversee Sub-Unit health, wellbeing and welfare. Manage the career development of Sub-Unit personnel, providing career advice and opportunities for personal development. Manage the training of Sub-Unit personnel. Manage the Sqn MS including MPARs, SJARs and OoM Boarding.
