Job summary We are looking for two highly motivated individuals to join our Older Adult Community Mental Health teams (CMHTs) as Trainee Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner (MHWP). Two posts are available, across our four Older Adult Community Mental Health Teams (Lewisham, Southwark, Lambeth & Croydon).
