Job summary The Emergency Department (ED) was purpose built in 2014 and offers state of-the-art facilities. This was part of a new development at YGC called the Emergency Quadrant (EQ) which brings all Emergency and Acute Services together. The EQ houses the ED, Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC), a 24 bed Acute Medical Unit, Surgical Assessment Unit, Radiology services.
