Job summary A standard full time Job Plan will contain 10 programmed activities (PAs) comprising 8 PAs for direct clinical care (DCC) and 2 for supporting activities (SPAs). 1.5 SPAs are classed as 'core' and cover time for training, teaching, CPD, audit, appraisal, clinical governance and attendance at service meetings.
