Job summary The Integrated Community Stroke Service provides stroke specific assessment and associated care to patients discharged from hospital. The Generic Rehabilitation Technician supports the therapists to provide specialist assessment and treatment. The service is currently a 5 day service with plans to provide a 7 day service in the future, with staff required to work on a rotational basis.
